Once we have finished a bathroom, customers regularly ask what else we can take on. Usually quite a lot, because tiling, plastering and plumbing cover most of an interior refresh.
How we work
Fewer trades, fewer gaps
Renovating several rooms with separate trades means managing separate schedules and absorbing every delay yourself. With one team covering the main trades, the order of work is planned once and stays planned.
We are honest about our limits. Where a project needs a qualified electrician, a gas registered engineer or structural work, we say so and coordinate around them rather than pretending otherwise.

The aim is that you always have a working bathroom and a usable kitchen. That means sequencing rooms rather than opening everything at once, even though it takes slightly longer overall.

Can you renovate more than one room at a time?
Yes, though we usually phase them so the household is never left without a bathroom or kitchen.
Do you do electrical and gas work?
Not ourselves. We coordinate with properly qualified trades for that and schedule them into the programme.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes, including refreshes between tenancies where speed and durability both matter.
Can you take on structural changes?
Removing a small partition is routine. Anything structural needs the correct approvals and specialist input, which we will tell you plainly.
Is a multi room project quoted as one price?
Yes, one written scope covering the whole programme with each room set out separately.
