How we work

Why one team changes the whole job

The usual bathroom horror story is not bad workmanship. It is four trades booked separately, each waiting on the one before, with nobody responsible for the room as a whole. Weeks disappear in the gaps.

We remove that problem by covering the trades ourselves. The plumbing, the plastering, the tiling and the fitting are all ours, which means the sequence is ours to manage and ours to answer for if something is wrong.

What a full renovation covers

Pipework altered to suit the new layout

Floors levelled or strengthened as needed

Walls made good, boarded or replastered

Wet areas tanked before any tiling

Wall and floor tiling with proper setting out

Sanitaryware, screens, brassware and furniture fitted

Sealing, testing, cleaning and handover

Good to know

How the quotation works

Martin visits, measures the room and looks at the condition behind the current finishes. You then receive a written scope listing every stage above, with the price against it.

That figure holds unless you change the specification or we uncover damage nobody could have seen. If that happens we tell you the cost before continuing rather than presenting it at the end.

Common questions

Complete Bathroom Renovation: your questions answered

How long does a complete renovation take?

Most run between one and two and a half weeks of working days, depending on how much rebuilding the room needs.

Will we lose the bathroom completely?

For bathing, yes, for most of the job. The toilet is generally back in use within the first day or two.

Do you supply the bathroom or do we?

Either works. Plenty of customers buy their own products and simply want them installed properly.

Is the survey free?

Yes, the visit and the written quotation cost nothing and carry no obligation.

Who is actually in the house?

Martin and his own team. The work is not handed to subcontractors you have never met.
